A: Making a reservation with us is easy. All you have to do is enter the location destination information, along with the dates that you will want to be staying for. You will also enter the number of guests here. This will take you to a window where you can search all of the hotels that are available for your destination and timeframe. You can edit this search to an extent if you wish, such as by searching for a specific hotel in a certain place. Once you have made your choice, just follow the on screen instructions to book your hotel. It is really that easy!

Q: Can I request that my room be in a certain location, like next to the pool or on the floor level?
A: Some hotels that we book with offer you the opportunity to make specific lodging requests, and if the hotel that you have chosen does, you will be asked to select a preferred area for your room. Keep in mind, though, that we cannot guarantee that your preferred lodging requests will be granted. It is subject to availability, and while every hotel will make an effort to grant your request, the rooms are first come first serve by reservation.

Q: Can I use a credit card to book my room?

Q: Is using a credit card online safe?

Q: Will I be able to confirm my reservation?
A: Once you book a room with us, you will be taken to a screen where a reference number will be given. Keep this number and use it whenever you correspond with us about that particular reservation. You will also be receiving an email within a short amount of time regarding your booking, and this email will also contain your reference number.

Q: What if I don.t have time to wait for a confirmation?
A: If you are in a hurry and cannot wait for a confirmation, don.t worry. Confirmation emails are sent out as soon as possible, and if for some reason there will be a delay in getting your reference number from the hotel, we will email you a confirmation without the reference number, and then email the reference number as soon as we get it. Most reservations are made in real time, so you can definitely follow up with a phone call or email to our staff or the hotel. Keep in mind, though, that the hotel will not know who you are until about 72 hours before you arrive. Your room is definitely booked, but they do not know for whom yet. This is to keep your information private in case of a cancellation. If you need to check on your reservation status further out than 72 hours, please call us and we can help.

Q: Will I receive confirmation from the hotel for my booking?
A: No, you will not. Since you booked through us, we will notify you with a confirmation. This confirmation will have everything you need, including the final rate, the reference number information for the hotel, and even the hotels cancellation policy in case you need it.

Q: If I book with your Website, what will the cancellation policy be?
A: Most of the time, you will be able to cancel as long as you do so before 48-72 hours of your arrival time. However, this is just a basic guideline, and some hotels are different. Q: What if I am able to find a lower rate after booking with you?
A: Simply contact our staff to let them know. Since our policy is that we guarantee the lowest rates, they will either refund the difference or cancel your room for you free of charge! Just make sure that you contact us as soon as possible, as there is nothing we can do after the cancellation deadline.
